Enrollment Prerequisites:
Lived Experience > Diplomas
We're not here to follow trends—we're here to build something timeless. Because this is an ICF Level 2 Professional Program, we require applicants to have foundational coaching experience or an active desire to practice at the PCC level.
However, we do not require a university degree or prior academic credentials. We select our cohorts based on emotional intelligence, professional drive, and human empathy. If you have the dedication to master the ICF core competencies, you belong in this program. Your real-world background is your greatest asset—not a university stamp.
The Business Case: Why Corporate Sponsors Fund This Program
HR & Enterprise Note: If you are seeking professional development sponsorship from your employer, this program maps directly to standard corporate leadership competencies. We do not focus on abstract theories; we focus on behavioral execution, retention metrics, and building resilient corporate cultures.

The Ultimate Differentiator: Practical Mastery Over Academic Fluff
Traditional university programs teach you how to write academic research papers about leadership. We train you to lead. We don't care if you have a prior Master's degree, and neither does the modern market. Corporations and high-net-worth clients don't pay for diplomas; they pay for deep, courageous transformation. Our Level 2 program cuts out the institutional bureaucracy and gives you the exact practical frameworks needed to drive real organizational change from day one.
Beyond the Certificate: Your Professional ROI
An ICF Level 2 certification does not just mean you know how to coach—it means you possess the gravitas, psychological agility, and strategic presence required to command elite rooms.
Whether you are launching an independent executive practice, pitching six-figure corporate contracts, or scaling your influence within your current organization, this program builds the tangible competencies that the market rewards.
Master the Art of Executive Presence
True executive presence isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about having the unshakeable courage to ask the disruptive questions that move organizations forward. Through this Level 2 curriculum, you will evolve from a foundational facilitator into a high-impact strategic partner.
Coaching Through Organizational Chaos: Learn to anchor leaders through rapid scaling, corporate restructuring, and systemic burnout without absorbing their stress.
Commanding the Room with Vulnerability: Master the balance of high authority and deep empathy, allowing you to establish immediate psychological safety with C-Suite executives.
Navigating Corporate Politics: Move past surface-level issues to help leaders dismantle systemic silos, perfectionism paralysis, and hidden organizational resistance.

An executive coach acts as a strategic thought partner, sounding board, and accountability ally. They work closely with individuals to sharpen self-awareness, enhance emotional intelligence, and build high-impact leadership capabilities.
Executive coaches typically partner with:
Rising Leaders: High-potential talent navigating transitions into leadership roles.
Advancing Executives: Leaders stepping into positions with significantly broader responsibilities.
C-Suite & Founders: Established executives and entrepreneurs managing complex team dynamics and communication challenges.
In practice, a coach collaborates with clients to build positive future visions, clarify leadership strengths and growth areas, improve team communication, master emotional regulation, and weigh the broader organizational impact of major business decisions.
-
An organizational consultant introduces proven frameworks, methodologies, and data-driven insights to solve intricate business challenges. Their goal is to elevate a company's internal capacity to meet its strategic objectives.
Consultants frequently advise senior leadership on workplace culture, team optimization, change management, diversity and inclusion, and talent strategy. They are typically brought in to champion large-scale transformations tied directly to a company’s core business goals.
-
Our 2-Level Fast-Track Certification delivers a robust, hands-on learning experience designed to take you from no formal coaching background all the way to your Professional Certified Coach (PCC) milestone. The learning journey stands on three pillars:
Practitioner-Faculty: Learn from highly credentialed educators who don’t just teach the material—they actively practice it at the highest levels of the industry.
The Cohort Model: You will learn alongside a diverse group of peers, building a powerful, collaborative network that allows you to tap into the collective brilliance of your fellow professionals.
Real-World Integration: We bridge theory and market reality, providing exposure to the latest coaching methodologies and digital coaching trends so you can launch your practice with total confidence.
-
The career paths for certified professionals are incredibly versatile:
In Executive Coaching: Graduates can build thriving independent practices, join boutique consulting firms, or lead internal coaching programs within Fortune 1000 companies. Additionally, the boom in digital coaching has opened up massive opportunities to coach globally via platforms like Ezra, AceUp, BetterUp, Bravely, CoachHub, Coaching.com, and Optify. Experienced professionals also step into roles as internal practice directors, coach educators, and tech entrepreneurs.
In Organizational Consulting: Opportunities span from solo practices and specialized boutique firms to massive international professional services networks. Careers often begin by establishing deep subject-matter expertise in a specific area (like organization design) or a particular sector (like life sciences). Over time, consultants evolve into holistic strategic advisors, frequently stepping into firm leadership roles to mentor the next generation of talent.
Certified practitioners from this rigorous curriculum can actively seek work as independent external partners, internal HR/L&D directors, and full-time strategists at world-class firms.

Once you graduate from our Level 2 program, your academic requirements are 100% complete. To officially claim your Professional Certified Coach (PCC) badge from the ICF, you will simply submit our graduation certificate to the International Coaching Federation alongside:
Your log of 500 client coaching hours (at least 450 of which must be paid).
Completion of the official ICF Credentialing Exam (a standard online multiple-choice scenario assessment).
Because our fast-track program embeds live practicums and peer-coaching blocks right into the schedule, you will naturally build a significant portion of your required application hours while you are still enrolled in the program.
-
We provide flexible payment installment plans to help you spread the cost of the fast-track certification over the duration of your training.
Additionally, because our curriculum heavily emphasizes organizational development, leadership ROI, and data-driven consulting, many of our corporate students successfully secure full or partial professional development tuition reimbursement from their employers. We can provide you with a comprehensive syllabus package to submit to your HR department for approval.

Unlike traditional university settings where mentor coaching, material costs, and supervision fees are billed separately, this program is completely all-inclusive. Your enrollment covers:
All 180 synchronous live training hours and 132 asynchronous modules.
The mandatory ICF Mentor Coaching hours required for your credentialing application (which typically costs thousands of dollars when sourced independently).
